Mr. Kuehn has advised and guided numerous businesses, business owners, and investors on many corporate matters, concentrating on client team management in corporate representations, including business transactions and the gamut of business legal issues. He draws on a wealth of hands-on business ownership, management, and financial advisory experience to complement his legal practice and trusted advice. Mr. Kuehn has run three companies (two with equity) and has also served as an investment banker, in addition to his over 15 years in private legal practice. He has also provided in-house counsel functions for several companies.
As Founding Chairman of ACG New Jersey, Mr. Kuehn oversees more than 40 business forums per year, including five noteworthy quarterly senior executive peer groups that Mr. Kuehn co-hosts: ACG NJ’s CEOs Roundtable (for business owners, CEOs, and equivalent); CFO Forum (for chief financial officers and other senior corporate financial executives); In-house Counsel Forum (for General Counsel and other senior in-house attorneys); CD Forum (for senior corporate development and strategy officers); and Angel Forum (for early stage investors). More than 400 area business owners and senior officers have attended one or more of these forums.
Mr. Kuehn’s strong interface and relationships with business owners, investors, CEOs, and senior officers help him to provide unique value to businesses seeking strong, focused, efficient legal counsel for their various matters in a fast-changing, challenging economic and business world; as Corporate Business Development Director for Gibbons, Mr. Kuehn provides critical client team management in firm corporate representations.
It is through Mr. Kuehn’s leadership of ACG New Jersey that the 15,000 member Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) awarded him its exclusive annual Meritorious Service Award in 2009, an honor reserved for just a few individuals across the entire global organization of 56 chapters.
