Marwan applies his experience and ability to identify and achieve practical solutions. He handles a wide range of complex business and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout the region. His practice focuses primarily on various aspects of general and complex commercial litigation, including factual investigation, discovery and strategy, briefing and motions practice, and appellate filings in connection with breach of contract, business torts, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty disputes. In addition, Marwan maintains an active pro bono practice that has included representing students requiring special education services and inmates alleging their constitutional rights violations. Prior to joining Gibbons, he served as a Deputy Attorney General for the state of New Jersey, where he represented the state of New Jersey, its agencies, and employees. Additionally, he completed two judicial clerkships for the Honorables Carol Sandra Moore Wells, U.S.M.J., and Petrese B. Tucker, U.S.D.J., of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
