A lifelong Hoosier and the first attorney in his family, Matt focuses his practice primarily on public finance and municipal law. Matt has represented clients ranging from school corporations, cities and towns, sanitary sewer boards, redevelopment commissions, townships, and counties. He is experienced in preparing ordinances and resolutions, development agreements, interlocal agreements, and guiding clients through complex real estate transactions. Matt also has extensive experience in estates and estate planning and has prepared wills, trusts, advanced directives, and power-of-attorney documents for clients. He is known for being responsive to clients and letting clients know all of their options so they can make an informed decision on their best course of action.
When not practicing law, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, studying history, hiking, and cheering on IU in basketball.
