Matthew specializes in providing regulatory and legal counsel on issues throughout the insurance industry. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2018 and was a member of the Law Review. Matthew earned his B.A. in Political Economy from Rhodes College while playing for the men’s basketball team. He also was a Summer Associate for Frost Brown Todd in 2017.
