Max is a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Corporate Law Practice Groups, where he has experience representing clients in a variety of matters, including, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate governance and compliance, capital raises and large credit facilities. Max brings a practical, solution-oriented approach to navigating complex legal issues and is committed to delivering exception client service.
Max is also a member of the firm’s real estate practice group, where he has experience on real estate transactions in a variety of areas, including industrial, retail, mixed-use and multi-family. Max has experience with acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, matters related to leasing for both landlords and tenants and representing both borrowers and lenders in a wide range of real estate financing matters.
Max graduated magna cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2021 where he received his Juris Doctor and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in 2017.

Represented real estate investment group in acquisition of 120 Acres of developed land in Coachella Valley, California with a purchase price of $20.5 Million.
Represented a large dental management group in the acquisition of Over 30 Dental offices located around the United States valued at over $40 Million.
Represented Texas lender in connection with a $39 Million Loan for the development of a hotel in Las Vegas.
