Ms. Shah handles a wide range of complex commercial and criminal litigation in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. With a strong focus on construction law, she has acted as construction contract and disputes counsel for contractors, subcontractors, and owners involved in building and heavy civil construction for public and private work.
In her commercial practice, Ms. Shah engages in factual investigation, discovery and strategy, drafting pleadings, and dispositive and non-dispositive motion practice in connection with securities litigation, business torts, fraud, and breach of contract claims. Her criminal practice focuses primarily on researching and briefing substantive legal issues, as well as assisting with internal investigations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Shah served as a law clerk to for the Honorable Anne M. Patterson, at the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and to the Honorable William Anklowitz, at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division in Mercer County.
