Meghan primarily represents institutional lenders in commercial real estate transactions. Meghan has represented lenders in the origination of more than 100 CMBS, construction, variable rate (interest cap protected) and mezzanine loans totaling more than $1.3 billion in volume secured by hotel, office, medical, retail, multifamily (including manufactured housing communities), self-storage and industrial properties located in 31 states and the District of Columbia. Following her tenure as Staff Attorney to the Honorable Jude Jo Ann Wise of the Fayette County Family Court, Meghan joined the firm’s CMBS Lending & Servicing practice group in 2013. Equipped with a heart for servant leadership, Meghan spent some time as in-house counsel for her hometown of Nicholasville, Kentucky, from April, 2017 to May, 2018. Meghan re-joined the firm in June, 2018, to continue her commercial lending and real estate practices.
