Meredith advises employers nationally on wide-ranging employment law issues, including internal investigations, terminations, reductions in force, and compliance with a multitude of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and other employment laws. In addition to counseling employers, Meredith defends employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour violations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), state and local agencies, and in federal and state court. Meredith also frequently works with national and local employers to draft employment contacts and complex multi-state handbooks and other workplace policies. Before joining Frost Brown Todd, Meredith practiced at international law firms in Texas and Colorado.
