Miao (Emily) is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in corporate service, contract negotiation, and real estate matters. She represented a diversity of clients in general commercial transactions as well as litigation disputes.

Miao (Emily) advised private investors, public institutes, and non-profit entities in commercial real estate matters, including risk assessment, contract negotiation, and land use control. She negotiated construction agreements, defended tax sales of real property, protected real estate assets from unlawful encroachment and adverse possession.
