Mr. Botti most recently completed a clerkship for the Honorable James R. Paganelli, J.S.C., Essex Vicinage, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, where he was responsible for preparing motion write-ups and conducting legal research. Before his clerkship, he was a law clerk at Gibbons, where he prepared presentations on various legal issues regarding New Jersey employment law and drafted memos on case law and legal research. Mr. Botti focuses his practice in the area of employment and labor law. He works on a range of employment issues, concentrating on both employment litigation and counseling matters.
