Michael A. Conforti is a member of the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Group, representing clients in complex civil, real estate, and construction disputes in both state and federal courts across New Jersey and New York. His practice spans the full spectrum of commercial litigation—from strategic counseling and risk management to mediation, arbitration, and trial. Mr. Conforti has extensive experience resolving high-stakes contractual, construction, and securities disputes, as well as matters involving fiduciaries, receiverships, and bankruptcy-related issues. His clients include general contractors, developers, hedge funds, creditors, governmental entities, and other sophisticated business stakeholders. Recognized for his excellence in advocacy, Mr. Conforti has been selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list and honored with the New Jersey State Bar Association’s “Distinguished Attorney Award.”
