    Mike understands the operational & financial challenges facing companies today. He spent over 15 years serving as COO, EVP, SVP, VP and General Counsel for the financial service industry. Having P&L responsibility for multiple business departments and functional areas, including claims, IT, legal, program sales and underwriting, Mike understands how to find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges. His firsthand management of thousands of commercial auto, workers’ compensation, excess, professional liability, and physical damage claims gives him a holistic understanding of contractual risk transfer. His years of managing a $100 million+ litigation budget make him a cost-containment expert.

    His practice focuses on finding creative and cost-effective solutions for companies related to claims & insurance management, corporate compliance, employment, contractual relationships, comprehensive service agreements, independent contractors, investors, insurance coverage, litigation management, regulatory compliance, technology and vendor management.

    Mike is also CEO of Transaction Expeditors (TE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frost Brown Todd.
