Miranda represents business clients as plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of commercial litigation—from pre-litigation dispute resolution through appeals. Miranda has extensive experience in real estate litigation including commercial lease disputes, commercial foreclosure actions, title disputes, and eminent domain matters. Miranda also routinely handles contract and business tort disputes in the construction, healthcare, and finance industries.
Miranda graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law, with Order of the Coif Honors. While in law school, Miranda served as an Executive Editor of the Alabama Law Review and worked in the Domestic Violence Law Clinic. She was also awarded the Dean’s Community Service Award and CALI Awards in Conflicts of Law, Civil Rights Legislation, and Criminal Procedure: Pretrial. Before law school, Miranda earned her undergraduate degree in History and Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
