Molly is a senior associate with the business combinations and capital transactions group and the privacy and data security team in Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati office. Molly focuses her practice in the areas of corporate law and data privacy.
In her corporate law practice, Molly advises clients on a broad range of transactional issues, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, general business planning, entity selection and formation, and corporate contract negotiation, review and drafting, and other general corporate and commercial matters. She has assisted both buyers and sellers in acquisitions and divestitures involving various industries and has represented institutional investors in the private equity arena.
Molly’s privacy and data security practice focuses on federal and state data privacy and information security laws and EU privacy laws. Her experience includes counseling on a variety of matters related to consumer privacy, including counseling clients on privacy compliance and best practices under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, the ePrivacy directive, and other emerging privacy laws and regulations, drafting privacy policies, and negotiating and drafting data protection agreements and addendums.
