Nathan’s practice covers the entire spectrum of the business lifecycle, with typical representative matters ranging from assisting first-time entrepreneurs with entity formation to advising well-established organizations, both public and private, through complex M&A transactions (both on the buy-side and sell-side).
He has represented a wide variety of clients, including technology startups, electronic payments companies, pharmaceutical wholesalers, veterinary practices, community banks and restauranteurs. Nathan strives to serve as a trusted advisor to all of his clients and prides himself on an ability to quarterback client legal needs through leverage of the firm’s broad roster of subject-matter expertise. In addition to his general business practice, Nathan is passionate about helping both entrepreneurs and investors navigate the exciting and ever-changing venture capital landscape.
