Biography

Nathan focuses on general corporate litigation, including business torts and contract disputes, as well as appellate advocacy. Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Pierre H. Bergeron, Ohio First District Court of Appeals, and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Amul R. Thapar, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Honorable Susan J. Dlott, United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Nathan earned his law degree from NKU Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he was Editor in Chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review and graduated as a member of the W. Bruce Lunsford Academy for Law, Business + Technology honors program. Nathan was a Summer Associate with Frost Brown Todd in 2018 and 2019.
