Mr. Rydelek most recently completed a clerkship for the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, U.S.M.J., at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, where he was responsible for performing legal research and editing draft opinions and orders on federal matters. Before his clerkship, he was an associate in private practice, where he drafted pleadings, motions, and a variety of memoranda concerning issues of criminal and civil law.
