Nora has extensive experience managing complex medical device product liability litigations in state and federal courts, with a particular focus on mass tort litigation. Nora has represented and counseled clients through the full life of a case, including litigation and communications strategy; electronic discovery; witness development and deposition preparation; pleading, discovery, and motion practice coordination; and trial support. Nora also has experience representing clients in connection with Canadian medical device class actions.
In addition to her experience as a litigator, Nora has significant experience representing clients in high-stakes settlement negotiations involving federal and state court consolidated litigations, as well as countless other individual settlements. She also has extensive experience structuring and implementing large-scale settlement programs and claims resolution processes. As a complement to this experience, Nora is also a mediator, having achieved her certification through Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies.
Prior to joining Gibbons, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Virginia A. Long, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Nora volunteers her time as Co-Chair of the Peddie Leadership Council for her high school, The Peddie School, and as a fundraiser for her college, The College of William & Mary.
