Patricia is a business litigator who advocates for clients in complex commercial disputes. She provides timely and strategic solutions to legal issues in pursuit of her clients’ business goals. Patricia represents manufacturers, insurance companies, real estate developers, financial institutions, and other businesses in a variety of disputes, including breach of contract, trade secrets, eminent domain, and business torts. From the onset of a dispute through to resolution, Patricia helps her clients make well-informed decisions. Prior to joining the firm, Patricia served as General Counsel of a legal services corporation, where she handled a variety of matters including litigation avoidance, ethics, employment, and insurance coverage.
Patricia is also a lifelong runner and Boston qualifying marathoner.
Litigated on behalf of business clients and individuals in federal and state courts since 2010.
Served as General Counsel for 200-employee law firm.
Served as the Managing Attorney of regional law office, where she led a team of litigators.
