Biography

Rebecca is an experienced trial litigator who has represented both private and public employers in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitrators and administrative boards. As the former Section Chief of Government Litigation in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, she obtained unique perspective and experience into the state administrative process. She has conducted collective bargaining on behalf of private and public sector employers, along with providing advice and counsel to clients throughout the grievance process, to and including, and arbitration.

Rebecca’s Labor & Employment practice includes working with private and public employers with:

  • Drafting and implementing policies and procedures
  • Investigating and responding to disciplinary issues and employee grievances
  • Defending against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation allegations throughout the litigation process in state or federal court
  • Drafting and litigating employment contracts
  • Developing and conducting supervisor and employee training
  • Responding to administrative requests and charges
  • Negotiating collective bargaining agreements
  • Representing companies throughout the arbitration process

Whether defending their interests during complex litigation or navigating the day-to-day employment and labor issues that often arise, Rebecca enjoys collaborating with her clients to help them achieve both their immediate and “big picture” goals.
