Mr. Kaltenbach joins the firm after a 15 year tenure at NEX Group plc (formerly ICAP plc), a leading global financial services and technology firm which was acquired by CME Group, Inc. in 2018. At NEX, he most recently served as General Counsel (Americas) and Global Head of Compliance. In these roles, he was responsible for all legal matters in the Americas region, including the United States, Canada, and Latin America. He supervised legal support for all regulatory, employment, litigation, antitrust, and intellectual property matters across the globe. He was also responsible for all compliance aspects across ten regulated entities in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East-Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to his in-house roles, Mr. Kaltenbach worked at two New Jersey-based law firms, where his practice focused on commercial litigation, as well as employment litigation and counseling.
