Mr. Ayes is an associate in the Products Liability Group, defending clients in complex products liability litigation nationwide. Mr. Ayes’ practice encompasses all aspects of litigation, and he has handled cases from inception to appeal. He has extensive experience in subrogation, products liability, insurance litigation, and general civil litigation on behalf of corporate clients in the industrial, medical device, and consumer product markets. Mr. Ayes also has experience litigating cases venued in New Jersey’s multi-county litigation courts and New York’s coordinated litigation part.
Prior to joining Gibbons, Mr. Ayes was a law clerk to the Honorable Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court (one of three assigned multi-county litigation judges in New Jersey).
