Biography

Rob, a litigator in the state and federal courts of Connecticut, New Jersey and New York, has over twenty-five years of experience handling mass tort, products liability, general liability, business and commercial, construction, and insurance coverage matters for a broad range of firm and personal clients. Based out of Gibbons’ Newark, New Jersey office, Rob routinely represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of personal care products, home improvement products, automobiles and automotive products, HVAC equipment, heavy industrial equipment, material handling equipment, outdoor power equipment, power tools, recreational vehicles, construction materials, healthcare products, and general consumer goods in all facets of litigation.

Rob also has experience representing professionals in the fields of construction services, engineering, environmental services, medicine, and insurance, defending them in breach of contract claims, contract enforcement claims, collections, environmental claims, consumer fraud actions, construction litigation, personal injury claims, and insurance coverage disputes.
