Ms. Sridhar focuses her practice on corporate transactions. She has worked with major international and Indian domestic banks and corporate borrowers in an array of financing transactions, including project financing, asset based financing, and bond issuance transactions primarily in the infrastructure sector. Ms. Sridhar also advises companies in private sale and acquisitions transactions, general corporate, and governance matters.
