Sarah concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation, focusing on contract disputes and business torts. She is adept at all phases of litigation, having handled matters from pre-suit negotiation all the way through trial and the appeals process, both in state and federal court. While Sarah’s practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, she has handled numerous labor and employment disputes and has successfully defended employers in cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
