Siara concentrates her practice on insurance litigation. She has experience litigating insurance claims from inception through resolution, including conducting discovery, drafting motions and pleadings, and conducting depositions, oral arguments, and settlement negotiations.
Siara has experience managing an active caseload for insurance and trucking litigation, and takes pride in providing timely client reports and coordinating effectively with other parties.
She has also served as an adjunct professor at her alma mater, Lamar University, guiding law students through moot court exercises and helping them hone their advocacy, research, and critical thinking skills.
During her time at the University of Houston Law Center, Siara served as the head senior articles editor of the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy, and also interned with the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Texas, as well as several law firms.
