Soojin focuses her practice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, formation and governance of business entities, and negotiation and drafting of various commercial contracts. Originally from South Korea, Soojin is bilingual in English and Korean.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Soojin worked for a reputable law firm in Knoxville, Tennessee as a corporate attorney and also worked for the World Bank in Washington, D.C., assisting with investigations into allegations of fraud and corruption in relation to World Bank-financed development projects. Soojin earned her J.D. from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where she served as an associate editor of the Catholic University Law Review and graduated magna cum laude.
