Mr. Reynolds rejoins the firm after almost two decades serving as a senior legal officer at public companies, including approximately 14 years as global general counsel at two Fortune 200 companies. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Aramark, headquartered in Philadelphia. Prior to his tenure at Aramark, Mr. Reynolds was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Paris based Alcatel-Lucent.
During his tenures at Aramark and Alcatel-Lucent, Mr. Reynolds managed large international legal departments and was responsible for a wide variety of litigation matters, corporate investigations, employment issues, and patent disputes, as well as the companies’ corporate compliance programs. He also advised senior management and the companies’ boards of directors on business, legal, risk management, crisis management, compliance, and corporate governance strategies. Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent, Mr. Reynolds served as Vice President, Litigation at Aventis and Sanofi-Aventis, where he managed that company’s global litigation and investigations.
During his in-house career, Mr. Reynolds has managed and successfully resolved a number of complex and high-profile government investigations and the legal and regulatory issues in several complex mergers and acquisitions.
Before beginning his in-house career, Mr. Reynolds spent 16 years as a commercial and corporate litigator at Gibbons. He was a Director at the firm, a member of its Executive Committee, and Co-Chair of its Litigation Department when he joined Aventis, a Gibbons client, in 2001.
