Biography

Steve is a member in the Real Estate Practice Group focusing primarily on commercial and mineral development. Steve regularly assists clients on a wide variety of commercial and real estate transactions, including financings, leasings, mineral and commercial property acquisitions, title insurance, and on real estate development projects, such as condominiums and planned community regimes. Steve also represents and advises clients in general property matters and contract disputes.

Steve takes pride in his involvement in the community and with St. John Greek Orthodox Church. He also is a current member and former President of the Board of Directors for the Capitol Market. Steve is deep-rooted and passionate about Charleston and West Virginia, whether he’s serving his community or his clients.
