Supro is a member of the Corporate Group and focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He also counsels clients on capital-raising transactions, special purpose acquisition companies, and corporate governance.
Supro has represented U.S., European, and Asian companies on corporate transactions across industries such as technology, manufacturing, real estate, and agriculture. Supro was previously corporate counsel at a boutique corporate law firm in New York, New York. Prior to that, he was a law clerk at a healthcare tech-focused fund in New York. He also completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Marcy S. Friedman (Ret.) and the Honorable Andrea Masley, New York State Supreme Court – Commercial Division. Prior to this, he was an associate in the corporate practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in India, where he worked on M&A and technology, media, and telecom transactions.
