Biography

Susan handles a wide range of commercial and complex civil litigation matters in both New York and New Jersey, particularly in products liability. She also has experience in complex insurance fraud, bankruptcy, and real estate matters. Susan has also developed a particular knowledge of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and the unique issues that arise in ADR scenarios. Prior to joining the firm, Susan clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch. and the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J.Cv. for the New Jersey Superior Court Union Vicinage.
