Becky Gutiérrez concentrates her practice in general commercial and tax litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Gutiérrez advises both individual and corporate clients in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, and has experience in representing companies in connection with investigations by the Department of Justice.
As part of her pro bono practice, Ms. Gutiérrez helps ex-offenders recently released from custody successfully reintegrate into their communities by resolving legal impediments such as municipal summonses and associated fines. She has also advocated on behalf of victims of domestic violence, civil liberties organizations, and alleged incapacitated adults in guardianship proceedings.
