Tabitha focuses her practice on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions, where she represents institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions.
Tabitha earned her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and graduated magna cum laude with the honors of being recognized as the Outstanding Graduate and a member of the Brandeis Honor Society. While in law school, Tabitha served as president of the Women’s Law Caucus and the public relations chair of the Student Bar Association. Additionally, she was the Development Editor of the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law and a member of the Honor Council. Prior to law school, Tabitha earned a bachelor’s degree from Morehead State University.
