Tanya concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, including financial institution, real estate, foreclosure, and trust and estate litigation, as well as general business counseling. She represents a variety of clients, both large and small, as well as individuals, in state and federal courts across the country. Tanya also works closely with clients to achieve successful results outside the courtroom through alternative dispute resolution alternatives or private settlement negotiations.
Tanya has tried judgment matters for plaintiffs and defendants relating to contract interpretation and breach; tortuous and negligent interference; and eviction. Tanya’s daily litigation and general counseling practice also involves representing plaintiffs and defendants in these same areas, as well as matters involving allegations of lender liability, real estate, Medicare, self-dealing and corporate governance. Additionally, she represents individuals and corporate clients in state appellate court in a wide variety of areas of law.
