Biography

Tanya is a member of the Corporate Group of Gibbons’s New York office. Her practice area focus includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, early-stage and emerging growth, and general corporate and securities law. Tanya is also a part of the Cross-Border Transactions Team at Gibbons.

Tanya has nearly a decade of prior experience in leading large-scale public and private mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across industry areas including technology, financial services, media, e-commerce, healthcare and pharmaceutical, infrastructure, and retail and hospitality. She regularly advises clients on general corporate and securities law matters, banking and financial regulations, and IT and data privacy laws. Tanya has advised a wide range of international clients, including leading multinational corporations, sovereign wealth funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and strategic corporate clients.

Prior to joining Gibbons, Tanya worked in the corporate and securities practice groups of leading law firms in India.
