Biography

Terry concentrates his practice in the area of construction law. His practice includes contract review and negotiation, contract preparation, risk management, litigation, claims avoidance, and general construction advice to all participants in the construction industry.

Terry is a Fellow and current President of the American College of Construction Lawyers. He is a frequent speaker for construction and commercial groups and has lectured and written numerous articles for construction industry groups and professional organizations. Terry is also a mediator and arbitrator of construction and commercial disputes.
