Biography

Tommy is a senior associate with experience in a wide range of general business matters including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate finance and lending. Tommy assists clients in structuring and documenting business transactions, as well as forming and transitioning new and existing businesses.  Additionally, Tommy supports regional banks in certain commercial loans and asset-based lending.  Tommy also advises local authorities and businesses regarding tax credit programs to encourage economic development throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
