Toni has over seven years’ experience representing employers in charges filed before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agencies regarding various types of discrimination including race, gender, religion, national origin, age and disability. Toni has provided guidance to human resource managers in discipline, hiring, firing and other employment-related matters.
