His practice focuses on patent prosecution, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other financial transactions as they relate to IP. Travis regularly consults with clients in the electrical space, advising on issues rooted in artificial intelligence, machine learning, software licensing, software development agreements, open-source, data privacy, and conflict resolution in connection with internet and e-commerce related issues.
Travis is a licensed patent attorney and is admitted before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
