Vince focuses his practice on all aspects of employment law compliance and investigations. He is a trusted advisor on sensitive legal matters and complex human resources and inclusive workplace initiatives. He has significant experience in complex employee separation programs, anti-discrimination and whistleblowing laws, wage and hour compliance, independent contractor designation, compensation, corporate investigations, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Vince was previously Chief Legal Officer, Employment and Labor, for The Prudential Insurance Company of America and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries. In this role, he led the company’s Employment and Labor, ERISA, Employee Benefits, Immigration, Employment Law Investigations, and Equality and Affirmative Action law functions. At various times during his tenure at Prudential, he also led the Intellectual Property, Contracts, Corporate Real Estate, and Corporate Investigations teams.
His background also includes serving as Senior Deputy General Counsel and Managing Director at UBS Financial Services, where, in addition to advising business leaders and HR professionals on complex employment law matters, he oversaw the company’s nationwide employment law litigation docket.
Previously, as a partner in private practice, Vince represented employers in all matters arising out of the employment relationship.
Given his extensive experience as a senior leader in corporate law departments for large multinational and heavily regulated financial services institutions, Vince is well-positioned to understand the needs and expectations of in-house counsel.
