Wendy has experience involving a wide range of matters relating to business law, including entity formation and maintenance, contract drafting and negotiation, contract lifecycle management, and pre-litigation dispute resolution. Prior to launching her private practice, she was in-house counsel at a medical device/life science company, where she began her career as a paralegal and was promoted to law clerk before rising to the role of corporate attorney. In these roles, Wendy drafted, reviewed, and negotiated complex commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, terms and conditions of sale, master services agreements, vendor agreements, distributor agreements, real estate leases, and government contracts. She also managed corporate litigation matters; assisted with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; drafted, reviewed, and advised on SEC and NYSE filings and other disclosures; oversaw various corporate governance matters; managed the preparation and execution of annual stockholder meetings; and researched and advised business divisions on conducting business overseas.
