Will focuses his practice on business litigation. He has experience representing clients in a variety of litigation matters including general commercial litigation, securities class actions, and internal investigations. Prior to joining the firm, Will worked as a litigation associate in the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
Will received an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky, a Master of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School. While in law school, Will interned for Judge John Heyburn II of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina, and for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
