Mr. Martinez is a seasoned data privacy and security professional with extensive experience in privacy compliance programs for clients with operations in the United States, the EEA, Canada, Latin America, South Africa, Turkey, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand. Mr. Martinez advises clients on developing and enhancing privacy compliance programs, assessing global legal requirements, and drafting policies to comply with laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation. He supports clients in cybersecurity incident response, including preparing notifications for impacted individuals and regulatory authorities.
