Yolanda returns to the firm after completing a clerkship for the Honorable Jessica S. Allen, U.S.M.J., District of New Jersey. While there, she was responsible for drafting, editing, and completing opinions related to discovery, motions to amend, and motions to remand. Yolanda also conducted extensive legal research.
She previously clerked for the Court of New Jersey, Law Division, where she was responsible for drafting, editing, and completing opinions on motions for law and foreclosure matters and assisted with oral arguments, proof hearings, and case management conferences.
