Ms. Shamailova represents clients throughout New York and New Jersey, focusing her corporate practice on contracts and compliance. She has reviewed and negotiated contracts for various clients, which has included drafting and reviewing employment contracts, intellectual property licenses, commercial ventures, non-disclosures, and cease and desists. She also has advised clients on relevant matters and legal risks and ensured clients were in compliance with contracts and applicable laws and regulations. Ms. Shamailova has experience in a wide range of matters relating to intellectual property, labor, and entertainment law. Prior to joining Gibbons, she was an attorney at a law firm in New York, where she concentrated her practice in the areas of contract and entertainment law, including employment contracts, film and television agreements, equity agreements, endorsement deals, and other commercial ventures.
