IP Litigation

Our IP litigation team handles cases across the country, in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation matters involving everything from software and automobile parts to security systems, consumer and agricultural products. We represent clients in federal and state court, and in administrative agency proceedings. We also assist clients in enforcing their IP or defending against claims of IP infringement.

One of the hallmarks of our IP litigation strategy is cost-effective staffing and overall cost management. Importantly, we provide clients with an uncommon advantage because we have experienced litigators who are also registered patent attorneys. Building on our litigation experience, we are also able to advise our clients on avoiding litigation, for example by designing around potential patent problems or avoiding confusingly similar trademarks.
