Assisted a client in analyzing the patent potential of a new asphalt mix. We filed a provisional and utility application on the new mix and process. Also, to further strengthen our client’s commercial position in the market, we drafted and advised the client in the negotiation of a long-term exclusive supply agreement with a supplier that will limit competitor access to a very important component of the new mix.
