Richard S. Cleary has been recognized in the Top 10 list for Kentucky Super Lawyers®, receiving the most votes of any Kentucky lawyer in the 2016 Super Lawyers® survey. Cleary has been included in the Top 10 ranking since 2011.
Cleary is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group, representing employers exclusively. He is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and has served on the leadership council of the ABA Labor & Employment Law Section.

During the past year Cleary’s practice has included the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements for major industrial clients in Kentucky, Missouri, Louisiana, Arkansas, Illinois and North Carolina. Cleary received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and law degree from Georgetown University.
