Stone Transport, Inc. v. Volvo Trucks North America, Inc.

We represented Stone Transport as plaintiff-appellee in this appeal from a jury verdict in favor of our client. The Court of Appeals rejected a challenge to the weight of the evidence, a challenge to the jury’s verdict that the limited warranty supplied by Volvo failed of essential purpose, and a challenge to Stone Transport’s expert witness.  Case Citation: 129 Fed.
