Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is proud to announce that three of its attorneys have been chosen to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) signature professional development programs for 2025. Columbus Partner Alan Morgan has been named to the prestigious LCLD Fellows Program, designed for high-potential attorneys with eight to 15 years of experience who have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Additionally, Houston Associate Lauren Cole and Pittsburgh Senior Associate Derrick Maultsby will represent FBT in the LCLD Pathfinders Program, which recognizes early-career attorneys who exhibit exceptional promise.
These two programs are highly selective, national in scope, and designed to equip attorneys from historically underrepresented groups with the foundational skills necessary to take on evolving leadership roles within their organizations and the community at large. The Fellows Program is a year-long commitment offering executive coaching, leadership training, and mentorship from top leaders in the legal profession. Similarly, the Pathfinders Program provides hands-on training in areas such as leadership fundamentals and business development to help participants advance in their respective practices and career paths.

In addition to sponsoring Morgan, Cole, and Maultsby to participate in the LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders programs, FBT has been an active supporter of LCLD and its various initiatives for over a decade, including its Success in Law School Mentoring Program. To date, more than 400 FBT attorneys have served as mentors to historically underrepresented law students through the program. Because of this continued support, FBT has been recognized multiple times with LCLD’s Compass Award and Top Performer designation.
